Yes, you can change plans at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Every paid plan includes a 30 day free trial. No credit card required to start — you only pay if you keep using HubThread after the trial ends.

How many people can join a meeting?
Pro supports up to 15 participants per meeting space. Business raises that to 30 and adds anonymous guest support so people outside your organization can join. Enterprise has no fixed limit — contact sales for higher participant counts.

Can I self-host HubThread? Where is my data stored?
Self-hosted deployments are available on the Enterprise plan, so you can run HubThread inside your own network. On Pro and Business, data is hosted on our infrastructure in the United States and protected with encryption in transit and at rest.
